The BDT 199 fee supports community operations and provides the Annual Member identity and announced benefits. Special training, bootcamps, exam vouchers and individual coaching have their own published terms and fees.
Start with a free account. Once your account is approved, open My Membership and follow the published payment instructions. Submit your receipt reference for review. Membership begins after the team verifies and approves it. Each renewal adds 12 calendar months to the later of your expiry date or approval date. There is no automatic charge.
Your free community account continues. Your Annual Member badge and active card return when a renewal is approved.
Yes. Active volunteers and learners who need financial support can submit a short explanation from My Membership. The team reviews each request. Approved complimentary membership receives the same annual identity and benefits for 12 months.
For duplicate, incorrect or disputed payments, contact the CyberSHE team through the Contact page with your payment reference. Requests are reviewed individually; submitting a reference does not confirm payment or activate membership.
Account details are used for community administration. Payment references and complimentary applications are visible to you and authorised administrators. The membership card shows your name, Member ID and validity dates. Sharing your card is your choice.
Respect fellow members, protect their privacy and use security knowledge ethically. Harassment, discrimination and unauthorised testing are not acceptable. The team may review or revoke membership following a reported issue. Contact the team if you want a decision reviewed.
